Canadian Citizenship process

Hi,

My husband is canadian citizen and working in USA in TN visa.I have applied for canadian citizenship from Vancouver, BC and I wrote the exam on July 29 2004. I am waiting for the oath date. Now we moved to USA and I am in Visitor visa.

My questions are:
1) Can I be in USA in visitor visa as a spouse of TN holder? OR should I have the TD visa?
2) Just in case, If I am not able to attend the oath on the given date, what will happen... will they give me another chance or not?

--technically you should be on TD but visitor is fine as long as you respect the 180 days max for visitor visa limit

-- You will have to inform them and they will accomodate you for another date
