I am a Canadian citizen and planning to open a retail store in US on 50 50 partnership (changing the career to an enterprenuer). The other party is in US, and on the process of GC.
So how should I proceed?
Should I apply for business visa first and later investor visa?
As I here that Canadian citizen can stay up to 6 months with out visa.
Is there any possibility (after few years of operating the business) can i apply for GC.
