Hello,

I read on some law firms' web site that Canadian Citizens on J1 can get H1 without waiver.

I can't find this reference any more.
Does anyone where to find this reference?

No such rule.

canadians are stuck in the same dilemma. Except that they don't have to go back to some corrupt third world dictatorship but rather to a whole physician immigration destination by itself.
