Canadian Citizen LLC formation

Hi,

I am canadian citizen working in US on H1B. Can I or my wife form LLC company in US and can I transfer my H1B to this LLC company.

right now my wife is not in US and staying in canada and she is canadian citizen.
 
if I asked my friend or parent or relative who are Canadian to form LLC in US.
so then can I transfer h1 on this LLC.
