Dear All,

I have filed my labor with a company in USA in Nov 2003 (Priority date) then went to Canada for 4 years to live there. Last year April, I became Canadian Citizen, came back to the same company in USA and filed I 140.

Since I became Canadian, Is there a possibility I can file I 485 or Consular process through "All Charge-ability Areas Except Those Listed" (The Oct 2008 Visa bulletin date for this category is 01JAN05)? Please let me know. Thanks for your help.

I-485 Adjustment of Status (AOS) or consular processing is filed based on country of birth (chargeability), you definitely cannot file under Canada's quota, unless your spouse is canadian born (cross chargeability)

Did you get your I-140 at that time? If not, I don't think you can use old PD.
