Canada Visitors Visa

Hi,

I am planning to go to canada to get H1 stamping, before that i need to get a canada visitors visa. Since there is no candaian consulate which issues visas near my place, i am planning to send application through mail. I am wondering how much safe is that to send Passport through mail. Please throw some suggestions and how much time it takes when applied through mail.

Tourist Visa

It is as safe as it can get. You can send the passport via fedex and that way you can track it. if you have a personal account or have prepaid airbill it will be possible to get your passport back in the same manner.

Otherwise it will come back as ordinary mail usually in a large brown government style envelope.
