hi. I am going to marry my girlfriend in the states shortly. she is Canadian i'm American. can we do this in America without limiting us down the line i.e. her traveling down here to visit during pending. does her not needing a visa to visit complicate things? can we have our cr1 pending while she is up there? thanks in advance for any willingness to help.
