Canada PCC and Credit card not paid

I forgot to make payment to one of my credit cards when I moved from Canada.I dint change my address when I moved from canada and I then neglected to make payment to one of my credit cards. Is that going to apprear in my PCC. I heard that PCC will show only crimes, does any one know if credit card non payment will lead to a crime. Any suggestions or ideas. Any web site that gives any details.

You mean to say it wont go into PCC records

You mean to say it wont go into PCC records. I want to get that cleared of in the mean time, but I am applying for PCC and iam trying to find how it effects the PCC
