My husband is having both Canada and US GC. He is working in US. I have Canadian GC. Right now i am staying in US, It is been one year since i am staying in US, i have never gone back to canada since one year, they did not stamp on my passport when i entered US, i dont know if they are stamping right now or not, if not how will they know that i am staying in US so long. Please let me know if they are stamping after sep 11nth and any suggestions to make my status legal in US would do a great help.

Are you saying, you dont have US GC but have been staying in US
based on canadian GC for so long? Wow!
Look around for employer who can sponsor H1.
May be enroll in college and try student visa.
Consult a attorney.
