Greetings everyone.
I have a question about the fiance visa - I recently got Canadian Landing papers and they asked me to send my passport to them for stamping. My question is that after I go there, how soon can I apply for a fiance visa ? and once I get my fiance over into canada, can she come to USA without the need of a visa ( as it is with Canadian Immigrants) ? for visit etc? i.e. not to work or anything like that ...
Another way to put it is that instead of coming to USA on a visit visa directly, do you think coming in as a Fiance' Visa holder (from canada) is possible at all ? And is it better in anyway ?
