Can you travel after 485 approval with the parole?

Hey folks,
  I am scheduled to travel to India this weekend.
I found out from voice mail that my case has been approved.
I have advance parole but dont have the approval notice yet.
Is it ok to travel abroad with even though you have been approved?
any opinion is greatly appreciated.
