Can you still do the lotto if you are banned?

Banned from the US 7 more years to go. IF I were to enter for a lotto to win. And won would this unban me or give me a chance to come back?

no, it will not be good down the road either. You can apply for a lottery only when the visas will be issued after your ban expires.
 
Yeah after the ban expires, i don't think they will let me back in either. Trying to reopen the case or start up a new one to get rid of the ban. Hoply that can work out for me, got a friend of mine who knows a lawyer and knows most of the judges. hoply it can work out that way.

I don't know of anything your sister could have signed to keep you in the US legally. Immigration through a sibling takes 12-22 years, and you have to be in LEGAL status all that time. Since you didn't have a status, you wouldn't have been able to file for AOS, unless 245(i) applied to you.
 
245? I'll look into that Thanks. Am trying to reopen the case right now finding a good lawyer but reopening is to late but to open and start something else. No idea if you ask me to me its all BS! Should of just given it to me and not reply on family memebers and what not.
