MS and nothing with no alternative requirements, I've experienced delays but pretty much always approvals. Depends so much on the job tho...

We finally got hold of the lawyer and guess what! She is not going to be done with the advertising before the end of March and she will not file PERM before the end of April. The advertising will take her 3 months to complete. So you are in a wayyy better position than us .
No unsure, we are not in a better position than you. Yesterday I was very upset because my husband's bosses decided that they need to talk with each of employee about 10 days internal posting. They told us that discussion will take over 3 weeks and think a bit about it: 3 weeks the discussion + 10 days business internal posting = the ad will be done before the beginning of April. .............
I hope to file the Perm in the end of April.....
I am so upset with that woman, but my husband convinced me that if I call her to scream what exactly I think about her I will never see a GC. So right now the only thing we can do is sit, count and wait. Why are they talking with each employee?! I don't understand some the process at all. Anyway, it will come some day, I hope.[/QUO
The internal posting contain some sensitive information such as: salary, etc. In the US the salary is confidential and my husband bosses didn't like the idea that everybody to see the salary. Instead of meeting they decide to discuss with each of them personal about situation and to understand everybody the justification of the internal posting.
