Hi everyone I am about to apply for citizenship but before I send it I would like some feedback on what I am sending. So this is based on the 3 year rule (I'm still happily married to my usc! and we have been married for over 3 years). So I entered the us on October the 13th 2007. According to my math I am within the 90 day window.
So to my application. I am sending a cover letter, the N-400 form with 2 identical color passport photos with my name and A# on the back in pencil. A check for $675 ($595 plus $ 80 for biometrics). Copy of the front and back of my green card. Copy of my wife's birth certificate and photo and signature page of her US passport.
Our copy of our marriage certificate, joint lease agreements for 5 years ( maybe too much?). Copies of joint bank statements for the past 3 years. Copies of our IRA's showing each other as beneficiaries. Copy of our joint car and hose insurance. Tax returns for the past 2 years (we had trouble finding work when we first moved here) I am ordering tax transcripts too. I was over the age of 26 when arriving so I have nothing from selective service. How does this look? Also, we moved states early this year and by my understanding we must have lived in this state for 3 months before filing. As we moved here in March (our lease agreement says this too) I am O.K.?
How does this look?

And one more thing, I am in PA so I send it to USCIS p.o. box 660060 Dallas TX 75266 don't I?
 
You application and supporting material will present a strong case for your naturalization, provided you meet other criteria-moral, etc. I assume you have no kids? If you do have kids, copies of their birth certificates will be good as well. If the application and supporting material exceed 2lbs, then you are sending them too much information, I would prefer to keep at under a pound.

Send the marriage certificate, but don't send the lease, tax returns, insurance, and that other stuff. Bring those supporting documents to the interview. And don't bring tax returns plus the tax transcripts, as that would be redundant; only bring one or the other.
