Normally, once the USCIS requests RFE and they recieve it, It takes them about 60 days before they can touch your file for review. Since you responded to your request for evidence is over 60 days chances are that they will touch it soon. It is helpful though to call the 1800 number and ask them why there is no response after they have recieved the RFE. They don't like Asylees ( I am talking about the guys at 1800), but if you can find a way you can get around being asylee and you can have them file an inquiry for you that would be great. however the problem is if you say you are asylee and the 60 have passed they will tell you wait................................Any way you are close to approval....and since I did my BIO in 2003 and still waiting greencard don't be over-joyed...

You are welcome asylee_boy. I am happy to hear that we gave you useful info. About prediction, I'd say you should talk to Cl_Asylee. He is kind of the prophet here

Anyway, since there seem to be a lot of approvals coming from TSC especially for ND 2003/2004, I would say you should get it soon too. Do you see any LUD changes on your online status? I hope you get the good news soon! Good luck and keep us updated on your case!

Hey asylee-boy. Your timeline is so similar to mine. We are both ND2004's and both were asked for BIO and RFI around the same time. You got an LUD change just like me on 3/29. I would guess you will hear good news this week or next week.

Thanks Cl_Asylee. I feel I deserve it too , but I think NSC thinks otherwise I am getting nervous since 1/3 of April is finished and no LUD changes whatsoever !

Sorry to ask you this personal question but what took you so long to apply for your I-485?

No problem. You can ask any question, but I am afraid I really don't have a good answer. The only thing I can say is life got in the way. Basically, I gave birth to my daughter right around the time I could apply, so I got busy with being a mother for the first time.Then 5 month later, I got hospitalized (and went through surgery). Then I needed time to heal and get my health straight. Then baby #2 came, then I got even busier, etc... etc...

As the years passed I got even more discouraged because the processing time listed on the INS website got longer and longer, and somehow, I thought I can get it faster through other means (like DV lottery let's say), but that never happened, so here I am 6 years later after asylum approval! I am just so happy and feel lucky that CIS is speeding up the process! I couldn't believe that I could be this lucky...I hope I get it soon. Although, I sent my application late in 2005, I feel I've already waited a long long time. I hope NSC takes my asylum approval date into consideration and give it to me soooooooooooon!!!!

mine a bit different.

my RFI received on december 05 ... and my bio 3 was on february 06.

the opposite from u.
u deal with bio 3 first n then the RFI.
but I am pretty sure from ur time line, u will get ur card soon. unless if they give u the card base on ur RFI date. that means another 4 months.
coz my RFI received dec 05 and it took me 4 months until i get my card.

but since u already done bio 3. then it should be 1-2 month after bio 3. coz that is what happen to me. my bio 3 was on february and i got my gc on april.
