hello i wanted to ask a quick question about j1 visa status. if you come to usa on j visa can you get married? if yes, can you do it before or after the 30day grace period.
Yes you can! Just get married while you're still on J1 status and not after your visa expires. Then file for adjustment of status after getting married as long as you are not subject to the 2yr HRR.
