Can you do walk in FP in Jacksonville?

Hello!
I was wondering if anyone has done a walkin FP in Jacksonville,FL.
I have reminded USCIS ,faxed a letter and called the toll free number and have had no response. My FP expired 7/03 and they have forgotten to reissue a second notice.
My senators office was told that they are waiting for FP clearance!!!!!!!!!!!!!! which has not been reissued in the first place.

FP in JAX

You can go to infopass (www.bcis-fla.com) and make an appointment to talk to an immigration official.
But I think that the USCIS has to schedule an FP appointment for you, it is not something that you can do yourself.
When you have to get into the building, they ask for the appointment letter and passport. Also cell phones are not allowed in the building.
