Can you change ceremony time?

My mom and I took the interview on the same day and passed. I received a letter ceremony letter a week after and we were scheduled on the same day but different time?
Im scheduled at 7:45am and my mom is scheduled at 12:45pm. Does USCIS allow you to change time? Thank you in advance for your help!!

Go together at the earlier time and make a request. If USCIS accedes, great, else come back after a noon coffee.
