Yesterday i.e. on 08/03/2012, we had InfoPass appointment to discuss about adverse impact on delaying my wife's N-400 processing. Our daughter is turning 18 in Jan-13. My wife has her pending N-400 which is currently showing as waiting in line for an interview.

In order for my daughter to become an automatic citizen based on my wife's citizenship, my wife's N-400 should have been approved as soon as possibled and my daughter's I-485 need to be approved based on my wife's citizenship. This means, we also need some window time after the approval of my wife's N-400 to follow up on I-485 of our daughter.
One of the suggestions made by immigration officer at InfoPass appointment is to write a letter to National Benefits Centre where my wife's N-400 is pending and explain them the situation.
Now I need your advise. Do you think that we can write a letter to National Benifits Centre advising them our situation!
