Can we use our EAD after we change our J1 and J2 visas?

Hi Every one,

we have an issue, Could you please help us?

I am working with J1 and my wife is on J2. we received EAD and the expiration date in Oct/2010.
I have J1 research/scholar and need to change into J1 physician. Because of this reason, we will go back to our country to get J1 clinic on May 2010. By this way, my wife` j2 will also change.

Our question is, Can she continue to use her EAD after we come back to US? Because there is 5 months left in order to expire. or Do we need to apply for new EAD with new DS-2019 forms.

Hope it may depends on your VISA category,EAD is issued on your VISA and DS-2019,speak with USCIS 1 800 number.
