Can We Use Courtsey Copy For Stamping At Newark?

Hi,

I have made Infopass appointment for I 551 stamping for 18th Nov. My question is - I have received my Courtsey copy of the 485 approval notice via mail at my residence. My Lawyer is yet to receive the "Original" 485 approval.

Q - If my lawyer does not receive the "Original" in time, Can I still go and get the 551 stamping done using the "Courtsey" copy? anbyone use the Courtsey copy for approval?


Also FYI, for my son I have already received his Green Card alongwith the courtsey approval notice within One week of our case approvals.

Courtsey copy is accepted in Newark for stamping.
