Can we trust the VSC rep?

I talked to more then three different reps .. first two said outright that i am not suppose to use this line.. its for complext case,etc

another lady asked me to wait for another 30 day..what made me curious is the answer i got from her.. I told her that I received response from VSC that my case is pending due to delay in secutiry clearance on 11/04.... and futhur my enquiry to FBI revealed that its all clear. So I am trying to find out way to expedite my case if there is way ?

after 2-3 minute pause she came back and said u can expedite more that what is already done... it is upto the officer to make the decision.. so i asked is someone looking at my case ? I mean is it given to the adjudicator? She said yes.. wait for another.............(pause) 15 days to get your results...

Note: she did not say anything about approval .. she just said wait for another 15 days..

usualy these * say 30 days... i guess she was in good mood to say 15 days.l. anyway guys I dont know.. just wanted to find out if someone had similar experience ... Thansk guys

If yours is correct, then I believe that the VSC representative are telling truth.

You know, what VSC rep. told me? He told me that my I-485 suppose to be denial. I asked the reason, he said that I see reason on my Notice, which explains in detail. He told me to apply for MTR within 30 days as soon as I receive notice. he also told me that, he seen many stories that they got approved, when they apply for MTR. He told that, he was telling this, because I can prepare for next step. Asked about the name check. he told me that, he dont have access to that information. again little later he told me that, my case is with reviewer to take final decision. I was really upset, when i heard about denial. my mind just stopped working, then when he was talking about final decision, I could hear him, what he was saying. He was talking with very low voice. then after I hang up the phone, then I was thinking did i miss anything, what he was explaining. Now a week passed after i spoken with VSC Cust. service. Still no news about my case. What I can do now?

I am sure he might have looked at worng case.. keep your hopes.. its all GOOD.

You know, he told my I-485 EAC number correctly, since I didnt tell him first. I was enquiring about my EAD approval. so I gave him first my EAD eac number.

KAMVP, I wish you all the best. Here is my story. My 485 LUD changed on 12/15 & 12/16. I called VSC Rep during last week of December and was told that my case is moving normally and should hear from them soon. I went to Buffalo INS office on 1/5/05 to enquire about my case. That told that there was an RFE on my 485 and it was sent on 12/15/04. When I told them that neither me nor my attronrey received anything in this regard, I was advised to wait for one more week. Interrestingly, my status changed on that evening with my RFE message. So my understanding is even though they take a decission on your case it may take a while to send offcial notification. All the best.

Thank you vnalluri, My LUD also changed on 12/14 and 12/15. that was last. no news from more then a month

How do u guys get hold of VSC officer on phone

Could any one please tell me how some of the memebers got to talk to a officer at VSC. I have called the 1-800 number and did not get to talk to some one at VSC.
