Can we transfer Labor from emploer X to Y?

I am in 7th year extension expires in Sept 2005. My Current company labor is pening more than 365 days.I will go for 8th year extension.I got an offer from another employer. Is it possible to transfer pending labor to another employer, if my current employer agrees?.
I have read about Perm. Let us assume I have no job issues with new employer,is it o/k to change the company based on their prmise to start new perm process?
I am a just another frustrated person in this forum.

------ PERM is new and I have not read any case approved and your PD may be 2005 if your LC through Perm is approved.
** if poosible try to stick with Current employer
