Can we send the P3 without the Spouse Birth Certificate. We got the date of birth certificate but it has some mistake so it was scratched and corrected. The lawyer is saying that it can cause problem as NVC may question the validity of certificate as it was corrected. So I am thinking of sending the P3 without her Date of birth certificate. We are thinking that we may be able to send the new one before the P3 goes to review stage. We can fax the copy to NVC and send the original to attach it to file using the NVC case number.
Did any one try this. Do you guys think it works out OK if we send the P3 without spouse Date of birth certificate.
