Can we get EAD from local INS office?

Hi there,i wanted to know after getting the recipt notice & FP are we supposed to wait for EAD from Texas INS itself or can we get it from local INS office..

As far as I know, you can get EAD from local INS office 90 days after EAD receipt date. It has nothing to do with your FP.

Yes, there is a separate receipt notice for EAD, AP and 485.

so how much time will it take for EAD receipt date to come after 485 receipt date,i got it on 01/23/

I think you can get EAD from local office 90 days after your 485 receipt date.
How come you got your FP done when your 485 receipt date is 1/23/02.

I got the FP notice on 02/01/02 & got it done next day..

When did you mail your 485 application to TSC? Is it in january too.
