Can we get a fresh count of sep '01 filers

Plan to apply for the 3rd EAD next month since the current one will expired in Nov.

any of you guys done anything about the delay?

i had contact my senator about 3 months ago. they got a reply from VSC that my case would take 30-60 days. it's been almost 90 days but no news except a 2nd FP notice.
 
no sep '01 approval for a long time

i think this is the same group of folks who replied to a sep '01 count about a couple of months ago. so none of us got approved in the meantime!! looks to me that INS has totally forgotten about sep '01 filers. i am wondering if they are ever going to open our files again.
