Can we file I485 from two different Companies

HI all

Let me know If I can file for I 485 from two companies, i.e

I work for ABC company currently on H1 and working, XYZ is filing for my I-485( future employee), but now ABC wants to file my I-485, so Can I go for it ? ( both I-485's will be in same Service Center , because labor cleared in that jurisdiction )


Let me know suggestion/advise ..

No, only one 485 should be filed. If two filed, both will be jeopardized. You need two labor certificates, two 140 approvals from two different companies to file for two 485. How do you keep two fulltime jobs in two different companies?

---- I-485 is for future job after GC is granted and he/she can change the intent any time after filing both I-485, he may go with the I-485 that is approved earlier other will be automatically abandoned if he/she gets GC. Both the I-485 should not be filed on same date
One can file two I-485 but base should be different LC, different employer, different I-140.
Nothing is illegal in filing 2 I-485.
