Can we file I140 separately not concurrent filing?

What are the disadvantages to file i-140 separately?

You don’t get early PD of I-485 and if I-140 and I-485 is filed concurrently the I-485 sets the clock for 180 days if you want to use AC21 in future. Now please don’t ask what is AC21
