I filed 485 in one company A one year ago with substitute labor on Eb3.I got EAD's/AP's

I have my own Eb2 labor from second company.Shall i file 485 from this company?.

If i get EAD from second company my first company EAD will expire or i can have multiple EAD's?

The system is overburdened. Please don't file 485/EAD/AP twice. Are you trying to get two GCs?

Pick one that has early priority date or just BE2.

Are you loaded with money? Why do you want to do that? Use the EB2 one, hopefully, you can get GC without being capped by visa number

Some people say it is OK.
But what I think is You will have intent problem. If you submit second I-485 now your intent of joining the first company is gone. But since you are eligible for AC-21 that should not matter.
You can apply I-140 with CP option.

Still you want apply for second I-485 Include the A number from old case. Otherwise they mess up every thing.
As for EAD/ AP is concerned they is not tied to one I-485. So you need not apply the EAD/AP with second I-485. You can use first one itself.
