Can we enter Us?

Our H1 visa was expired due to 6-year limit. We recently moved to Canada on PR. We want to bring our car from US. Is it going to be a problem if we enter US and bring the car back? Since we need to be out of country for one year. Will it be a problem if we want to come to US on H1 again?

I think you can enter US on Canadian PR as long as you are a citizen of Commonwealth country and yes India qualifies in that list. Also since you have an expired H-1 in your passport, take sufficient documentation with you regarding your job in Canada and info about your residence in Canada.
