Can we apply for second 485 through spouse while another 485 is pending? EOM

Unfortunately NO.. either you can relinquish your quest for 485 in pursuit of your new one, or keep the old 485 and do not apply a new one, otherwise this will cause a conflict this you can notice in your 485 form itself.
Hey Line_la is this Telugu or Kannada ? because Line_la and Naina are Telugu words but kunthiko is kannada or is it suppose to be a mix??? i.e if you are from South west of AP ( Ananthapur, Cuddapah even Kurnool there is a dielect like that over there ) or if you are from mideast Karnataka ( like Bellary, Hospet or Bhadravati districts)

You can file another I-485 via spouse assuming your spouse has a totally separate filing and is not filing through you. But naturaly, if you start a filing now through your spouse, the only case you\'d really want to do it in is if you\'re an EB3, and your date isn\'t current, and your spouse can get the GC faster through her category.

Thanks.. I should have known its Madras Tamil (Chennai Tamil), its quite different from Coimbatore Tamil. Its like Hindi spoken in Bombay (Mumbai Nukkad Hindi)"Khali Peeli Ka Lafda Ka hey Ko ! KYAA", even though its Hindi, its quite different than the Banarasi Hindi or UP Hindi.
