and how long it take to get approval?

Of course you can. Get form and instruction online. It took about 1 month and half this summer.

I recently applied for AP by myself and still waiting for the approval. I sent my application to VSC, if you want to apply with a different center, please make the appropriate changes. Here are the details:

yes offcourse , it is not at all difficult. Just follow instructions on application form. I did it myself. Mention some date of travel in the column. Say (approx one month date ) depending upon your travel) 12.11 .
