Can two companies apply for H1b visa

Dear friends,

My question is

I got a job from two companies A and B. Company A wants to sponsor H1b visa in 65k FY 2006
company B in the 20K FY 2005. So my question is

1. Can I ask both the companies to file H1b visa ?

2. Will there be any legal problem if you reject one of the companies after one chooses
which company to go after getting both the H1b visas in hand??

1. For applying H-1B in 20K you should have Masters degree from US. Still USCIS has not comeup with any details about this 20K Quota.
