I'm on a H1B and currently I do not have project.Considering the economic situation, I'm thinking of going back to my home country.
My current I-797 is valid till March 2011( I will need to go for stamping if I go back to India)
Now my question is:
Can the time I spent in my home country be added to my H1B later when I will come back to US again?

------------------When you enter US then you will get I-94 till your Visa validity stamp.
-------------- if the H1 employer revoke your H1 by writing to USCIS then the H1 visa stamp is invalid.

Yes, this time can be later used, but your employer will need to apply for that after 6 years as an extension.
