Can the job titile be different in LC and I485 application

Can the job title be different in the LC and I485 application (employer support letter)?
The job duties are not mentioned in the employer's support letter but the title there is different.
Can this create a problem?
Expert advise needed.....PLEASE HELP!!!!!

title can be different but u need a job duties like LCA in your employment verification letter.

check out the memo - job has be same or similar (O-NET) classification. There are no conditions on title.
