Can the applicant file EAD himself rather than using an attorney?

I used attorney for EAD the first time. Now, for the second time (renewal), can I go on my own. Did any body do this before? Could you please share that experience with me?

I have never used a lawyer and I am on my second EAD. Its easy. You get the application and fill it out. Very simple to do.

Just follow the instructions to fill the form and mail it out with required documents.
I filed the EAD renewal and first time AP. Everyting is fine. Lawyer would not do better than yourself.
 
Yes, I did it today morning

I filed my 2nd EAD & 2nd AP today morning.
Mine is expiring in March.
Very simple, moreover since u will be attaching ur personal checks...u can keep track of the case....
First time - My co. attorney had filed it with I485....
 
Can we file EAD renewal at local INS office in stead of Texas Service Center?

I am curious if we could go to San Antonio to file EAD renewal even if we got original EAD from TSC at Mesquite, Texas.
Also do we need to attach the I765 white card with finger print and sign again for renewal application as well?
Please post your experiences if any on this.
