Can\'t find my approved I-140 case number from national visa center

My 485 has been pending at NSC for more than two years. I called NSC several times and IIOs told me they are linking my I-140. I checked NVC yesterday but I can\'t find my I-140 there. Should all approved I-140 be sent to NVC. Do I have to wait for ever if my I-140 is not at NVC?

Any input will be appreciated.

Mine couldn't be located either. I tried with NVC since I was told by a Senator that my I-140 was missing at NSC.
