Can spouse work with EAD in another state?

Hello Gurus,

My I-485 process has been going on for 8 months now and I am still with my original sponsor. My wife and I have had our EADs
(based on my I-485) since May but she has had difficulty finding proper employment in her field in the city which we currently reside (she has lost her H-1B job over a year ago and has been unemployed in H-4 status since then).

But recently she has received a job offer from a company in another state where she can stay with her aunt while she works there with her EAD (this state is outside of VSC jurisdiction which is handling our I-485). We are planning for her to take this job and use the experience to find a job in our hometown in the future and for her to come back then.

Are there any issues with her taking this job offer in the other state and staying with her auntie?

1.) Does she have to file AR-11? Is this necessary as her "primary" residence is still our family home and her situation staying at her aunt's home is temporary until she can find local employment and return home?

2.) Can this delay her I-485 case because of a possible case transfer to service center/local office in the city where she
will work? Can such a case transfer even happen since her case is entirely dependent on marriage to me, and I am still within same old VSC jurisdiction?

3.) Can this HARM her/our application? ... Can it be possibly interpreted by the INS as:

(a) A future intent on my behalf to leave my sponsoring employer and also move to our aunt's city?

(b) Somehow bring our 7 year old marriage into question in the eyes of the INS and jeopordise her marriage-based I-485 case which is dependent on my own employment based case?

Thank you all very much for your insights and advice on this matter.

Oh Oh Oh...

No she can "temporarily" take up job out of state using EAD.
Please do not get paranoid :)
Even if all those things you fear - you moving to aunty's state later , you quitting your sponsoring employer (or you implying a divorce too?) , happen - they can happen on their own course - right?
Relax and chill. Enjoy temporary bachelorhood:D

how lucky you can be!

How much more relaxed you want to be after your wife goes to aunt's home for a while!

There shouldn't be any problem. In fact, the primary applicant is more bound to geography and attached to the employer, while the derivatives have much more freedom. In fact, in your case, even you are also going to get more freedom, at least at home, cheers!!!;)
