Can spouse work in US if granted derivative status?

Hi guys,

Quick question regarding working in the US. If I am granted the visa/Green card through the DV lottery, and my wife if also granted derivative status, does she enjoy all the same rights as me as long as my visa is still valid? For example, can she work in the US as well?
