Gurus, please help.
Here is my situation.
1. Started Labour thru company A.
2. Due to bad economy left company A and joined company B.
3. A agreed to continue GC process.
4. 140 and 485 got approved withing 2 weeks gap. Was preparing to file AC21 after 140 approval, but couldn't as 485 got approved fast.

I think I am eligible for AC21 and though I didn't invoke it explicitly, I think I am safe because the memo doesn't say the We MUST submit AC21 documents. My job duties with company B are similar and pay is ofcourse better than LC.
Now can company A do anything to harm my GC approval?
What can he do at the most and can we successfully defend against him?
Please help me with your suggestions.
Thanks.
Please help.

Now can company A do anything to harm my GC approval? ------- No
What can he do at the most and can we successfully defend against him? ------- Maximum he can do is inform uscis that you are not working for him as you had "promised" during the initial filing of the I-485. Which I haven't heard so far. You only need to have evidence that working for him would have hampered your future there and the environment was not conducive as it was at the initial process.

forget it man, be cool.

I never heard this kind of thing,

this is like can REF come after approval.

so don't worry and enjoy

May be I am worried too much, but there is always the possibility of former employer complaining as fraud, to USCIS.
One thing I don't want at this stage is legal battle with USCIS.

GCMirage,
I am in the same boat and I am going to change my employer very shortly it doesn't matter once you have the approval. I only mentioned what he could do thats it.
