Can someone with Immigration Law Knowledge Advise?

My wife was facing deportation, and the proceedings were terminated by the judge. Right when he mentioned the decision, the governments attorney said she is filing an appeal against the decision. Now, my wife is still in custody even though the judge terminated the case.

What are the chances of bonding her out while she is waiting for the BIA to make a decision on the appeal? Can anyone provide any case law with similarities regarding this? Any info will be appreciated. Thanks
