I was with Company A and Company A merged with Company B. then Company name is B.Since my H1 was with Company A and GC applied Company on B. they thought that Both were different companies and thinking that I am working to different company other then GC processing Company, since I have W2s of Company B from past 4 years. 1999 - 2002 my H1 was on Company A name and 2002 - 2004 my H1 on Company B. Attorney told me that, she sent the Merger paper work,when she applied for I-485. not sure what happend to that, but issued RFE. They told us to prove that we were here legally.

Again Attorney sent 250 pages of merger copy for each of us seperately. its already more then a month. but no news yet. :(

Hi Guys
My LUDs changed successively yesterday night and today morning. My I-485 ND is 27 Feb 2004 and my FP was done on 18 Nov and website updated on 30 Nov 2004.

LUD: 2 Mar 2004 (I-485 received)
LUD: 30 Nov 2004 (FP results received, processing resumed)
LUD: 21 Dec 2004 (no change in message)
LUD: 22 Dec 2004 (no change in message)


Does this change of LUD mean anything?
