LUD change finally on my 485

Finally the LUD on my 485 changed from 01/29/04 to 12/16/04. But I am wondering if it is related to the AP application filed a few days ago. AP filed on 12/10 LUD changed on 12/13, 12/14, 12/15.

Expert opinions appreciated. My details are as follows

140/485 concurrent EB3 - filed on 01/26/04
485 LUD change 1/29/04 and 12/16/04 (FP messages sent and processing never updated in the 485 message)

FP myself - FP Date 10/23/04 , did early FP in Sanjose on 09/25/04
AP filed on 12/10/04 (E-file), LUD change on 12/13/, 12/14, 12/15

Wife 485 filed on 04/13/04
485 LUD 04/15/04 and 12/16/04
No FP yet
AP filed on 12/10/04 (E-file), LUD change on 12/13/, 12/14, 12/15

Any thoughts on the above LUD pattern?
 
Good Luck to you guys...my EAD2/AP2 did not triggered I-485..

Hope for Good and your EAD2/AP2 filing may trigger for your I-485!! It did not worked for me atleast!

My EAD2 was approved last week and was having lots of hope on AP2 which will atleast trigger I-485..but yesterday my AP2 was also approved (received e-mail)...

All the best for EAD2/AP2 filers to trigger your I-485...!
 
LUD change again on 12/17

485 LUD changed (me and my wife's) on 12/6 and 12/17 so far..don't know what happens next..

Iam now approved and in the second list - but LUD never changed for me after 11/30. Curiously LUD changed to 12/17 today after i got approved yesterday but no change is approved status message.

I had sent AP on 12/15 to USCIS and it was supposed to reach on 12/17 but i got approved on 12 /16. When i called up USCIS they said i could cancel the checks and then they will deny my AP and i could reply back saying my I-485 is approved. But i decided to do nothing, as MD_Rockville said, i'll consider it as a "donation" to USCIS!! An expensive donation though!
 
"no change is approved status message" what does this mean? is your 485 online message still the same as received, or does it say 'approved', online?

LUD 4 days in a row

My LUD has changed everyday for last 4 days

1st on 11/29 & then 12/14, 12/15, 12/16, 12/17 (no message change since FP recd on 11/29). Looks like the officer takes my file home with him everyday

anyone with similar experience ? any theories guru's ?

Yes. Your dates are similar to mine and looks like same adjucator is looking both of our files. may be the adjucator have habbit of opening each file and click on save without approving to play hide and seek with us. :rolleyes:

kamvp, you LUD change is awesome. Some kind of virus has infected your record I guess :D
 
Here is analysis on LUD changes.

When USCIS was approving I-140, after RFE response received by USCIS, LUD updated 4 days in a row on I-140 and same time LUD updated on I-485.
I-485 LUD:9/17,9/20
Spouse LUD:9/14,9/15

applied for 2EAD for me and my spouse on 8th October. may be that was related to this LUD changes.
my I-485: 10/11,10/13
spouse I-485 10/11,10/13
Kids I-485 : 10/11,10/13

Received RFE on I-485 First week of November by mail for 4 of us. Assuming that LUD changes below might triggered RFE. No change in message for any of us.

I'm new here so obviously I'm unfamiliar with forum terminology, LUD is what I understand is last updated online message? if its true then do u guys receive an email from USCIS when your LUD changes but not the change in message? please reply

I have never received email when only the date changes, but the message does not. Have only received email when the message changes

Would you mind giving some details abt RFE? Just curious to know what kind of RFE can be receive on 485
