Can someone Update all the LUD changes in last one month??

Stuck in Name Check

As per VSC, they are waiting for a response from FBI on Name Check. I am following up with FBI. But no luck. :confused:
 
PremChopra from the list (transferred on Nov 17 2004) was approved in Atlanta on Feb 15, 2005.
I (transferred on Dec 2 to Baltimore) am still waiting for interview letter...
 
If some one is still maintaining the list initially created in this thread; please update it with this information. My and all family’s LUD changed on 02/24 without message change (triggered by second EAD), and on 03/01/05 I got RFE for all my family’s 485s.
I do not know yet what the RFE is.

Husband's case (RD December 2002) finally approved! LUD changed on November 15, 2004 after FP2. No RFE. No change of LUD until the approval date.

Our lawyer sent an enquiry to VSC in January followed by an EAD renewal application in February. I guess one of these actions helped our case to be noticed by the agents at VSC... :)
