Can someone Update all the LUD changes in last one month??

Lot of LUD changes recently

Hi,

My attorney made an enquiry on 04/04/2005 and we received a letter stating that "Case pending Service Consideration". I called VSC center later and a nice customer service lady told me that mine and my spouse name check is completed.

My LUD message and status changed for I-485 on 04/15 stating that "On April 4, 2005, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. "

The LUD dates kept on changing from 04/15 - 04/19 only for my case and then stopped. On 04/22, I see an LUD date change again with the same message for my I-485 case as well as for my spouse. I am not sure is this a good sign or a sign for RFE or something. I know that the visa dates for May bulletin has crossed my Priority Date.

Please suggest if any has faced the same situation or knows something about this situation. My details is my signature below. Also, if someone can add me to the list of this thread.

i had interview but not approved

I had interview on June 8th
Not approved due 2 reasons:
1) name check still pending (since oct 2003)
2) doctor forgot to mark a box in medicals, have to go get it corrected and re-submit in sealed envelope again..
