Can someone help me whats happening to my case

My 3rd EAD was approved yesterday. See below for LUD changes.

I-485: (CONCURRENT BUT 140 was applied before the rule was impelmented)
from 2002 to 6/21/2004 after FP2 done on 6/12.
From 6/21/2004 to 7/20/2004 - EAD3 was approved on 7/20
From 7/20/2004 to 7/21/2004

EAD3:
was 04/28/2004 ND 04/27/2004
changed to 7/20 - EAD was approved
changed to 7/21 - no status change

I-140:
RD 5/09/2002
LUD: 11/07/2002 - 140 approved on 11/06/2002
LUD changed again today to 7/21/2004 without any change in status (it still says approved). WHATS HAPPENING CHANGE IN LUD FOR 485 & 140 ON SAME DAY. I AM NOT SURE

My wifes 485 LUD is still 6/21/2004 after the FP2 done on 6/12/2004

ANY SUGGESTIONS.....

did you changed job/used AC21?

one guy i heard changed job without informing INS.. his/her 140 LUD changed to current and then one week later his/her 485 case was changed to "Indent to Deney. /..."

so keep watch the status.
 
I would suggest that just ignore this LUD stuff. We don't need one additional worry at this stage. It is better to concentrate on our jobs than monitoring the LUD every half an hour. I fell into this LUD trap (checking it every half an hour) and finally felt ashamed of what i was doing. So one fine day (last week) i gave up monitoring the LUD and started concentrating on my work. After all, job is more important than a GC. Think about it.

I did change my job but my GC is still processed by my previous employer. My lawyer said that we do not need to use AC21 because my GC is still processed by the same employer. Why would the guy approve my EAD on the same day when he updated my LUD on 140?
Any suggesstions.
 
keep checking with your attorney for any notice from USCIS

Usually once after your I-140 is approved , the LUD for I140 usually does not change unless there is some update on your case. You have to wait and see and keep in touch with your attorney or sponsoring employer about this.

Its 485 LUD gets changed everytime your pending EAD/AP approved or status changes.

As Dsatish stated, we could ignore this , but i doubt they change LUD for approved I-140 for no reason.

So, keep in contact with your Attorney/Employer

My 140 was approved on 11/06/2002 but we received the approval letter with incorrect first name but correct receipt number, middle and last name. My lawyer sent the request to INS to correct the first name in nov 2002. We did not hear from INS since than. My lawyer called up iNS many times and they said that as this is not important it will take many months before we hear from them. May be now they corrected my first name on my 140. If they have to sent an RFE or do anything why will they approve my EAD on the same day as my LUD changed on 485 & 140. My wifes 485 LUd is still 6/21/2004.

I guess they may have updated your first name spelling mistake on your approved file.

Since your I-140 approved during 11/2002 and your I485 pending for more than 180 days from RD date, anything happening to your I140 (even revoking)would not reflect approving your EAD or AP or 1485 as long as you have similar job in same category.

Still i advise you to check with your attorney about this and wait for a notice in within 7 days for any kind of update on your I140.

The LUD on 140 & 485 changed to today just now. I am not sure whats happening. on my wifes 485 the LUD is still 6/21/2004.

As everyone predicting , if your I485 case LUD changes continuously 2-3 times in a week time, there is a possibility of approval very very soon.

Did you hear anything recently from USCIS as your LUD had changed after it has been approved long back.
