Can someone enter US on advance parole when green card is in production

Hi,
My wife went back to China on 14th of Feb, she will come back on 5th of Aril, but her 485 was approved on 19th of Mar and the green card is in production, my lawyer told me my wife could not come back on advance parole becasue the 485 has been approved and she is not an adjustment applicant any longer.
so she has to wait for green card and enter on it.

But when I called the USCIS, the customer service told me it was ok.

I am so confused, can anyone answer my question?

It's okay for her to present the AP document at the port of entry. There the CBP agent will know that her GC has been approved and she will be admitted as a LPR.

(Who is your lawyer?)
