Hello
I am one of the Selectee in the DV 2014 and I have the DS 122 and 230 form already download from the Department of State Site. I have two major problems now:
1. I played the DV lottery in 2013 October with my Son and we did win but He is two years old now and His mother breakup with me a year back, She's happy that we won but I am afraid about recieving VISA, in Such Case, Will my Son and I be awarded VISA? I am unmarried
2. In filling the DS-230 Form, I do understand that Section 39 (Name and Address on Petitioner) will be mark N/A for Me but what about my Son? am I his Petitioner?

Regarding 1. You would only complete a 230 form for your son if you want to get him a green card. That means though he would have to become a permanent resident of the USA. Do you have custody? You will probably have to prove that when being interviewed as they will want to be sure that you have the right to take your son to live with you in the States. If you don't plan for him to live in the USA then you probably shouldn't apply for the green card at this time. You must list your son on your forms regardless of whether he is going to immigrate with you or not.

2. You are the petitioner for yourself and your son.
