Hi,
Can you change job after your case has been approved by VSC.
My lawyer told me vermont center will transfer your file to the local office(Arlington Virginia) and it will take another 20 months for me to get my green card. Can you tell me if this is true!!!!!

As I understand it, he might have meant that you\'ll be getting the green "card" by mail in about a year to 20 months (who knows!) and from what I know atleast in CT, the passport stamping (to signify immigration approval) is done quite soon, at the local INS office and typically you get a letter to notify you of that. I would definitely ask the attorney to clarify what the 20 months meant..
