Can she work for a Company with only EAD/With out valid Visa?

Hello

I work for company A and has valid H1-B Visa till Oct-2004.
My wife too worked for company A has visa till Oct-2003.

Mean while I got EAD & my wife too got EAD through my filing.

Recently my wife left Company A and joined company B with her
EAD, but without H1-B.

1)What is her status now?
2)Does she needs to apply for H4 visa?
3)Does she needs to apply Advance parole to travel abroad?

2. Not unless she wants to stop working.

your answer for the 2 question is not clear, why she has to apply for H4 visa? And her visa is no loger is valid.Think this way she worked for part time job on EAD?

It appears that your wife is a derivative applicant for the green card. Since she has the EAD she can work for any US employer without the need for any other visa. Both of you have applied for adjustment of status (485) so that's your status now. Yes, both of you would need an AP to travel abroad.
